The J3A041 40K card from NXP is a Java Card with 40K of EEPROM memory. Designed with dual interface functionality, the card features 1K MIFARE implementation. Replacing the popular JCOP 31 card, the J3A features significantly faster contactless communication and updated cryptography standards.
The J3A is an implementation of the Java Card 2.2.2 and Global Platform 2.1.1 basic specifications and is ISO 7816 and EMV 2000 compliant where required.

The SLE5528 is a standard, low-cost EEPROM memory smartcard with 1Kbyte storage space. I t is a protected smart card that consists of 1,024 bytes of EEPROM memory. After eight successive incorrect entries the error counter will block any subsequent attempt at PSC verification and hence any possibility to write and erase. It is no doubt that gives a sense of secure for the users.
Reading of the whole memory is always possible, and the memory can be written and erased byte by byte. The SLE5528 memory card is ISO7816 compatible, with slim card sizes that offer users a sense of convenience. The card is always ready for offset printing and silkscreen printing, with the data retention is up to 10 years long.
The typical applications for the memory card includes access control, staff attendance, transport payment, personal identification etc.

The SLE5542 has an intelligent 256 bytes with Write Protection and Programmable Security Code (PSC) and with ISO7816 smart card interface.
The SLE5542 is a standard, low-cost memory smartcard. It has a 256 x 8 bit EEPROM data memory with 32 x 1 bit protection memory.
The SLE5542 is a fully compatible, upgraded version of the SLE4442. The Atmel AT24C16 provides 2-wire serial EEPROM 16K bits of serial electrically erasable and programmable read only memory (EEPROM) organized as 2048 words of 8-bits each. The device’s cascadable feature allows up to eight devices to share a common 2-wire bus. The device is optimized for use in many industrial and commercial applications where low power and low voltage operation are essential.

The Prxomity RFID EM4450 is a CMOS integrated circuit intented for use in electronic Read/Write RF transponders. The chip contains 1 KBit of EEPROM which can be configured by the user, allowing a write inhibited area, a read protected area, and a read area output continuously at power on.
The memory can be secured by using the 32 bit password for all write and read protected operations. The password can be updated, but never read. The fixed code serial number and device identification are laser programmed making every chip unique.

The Temic T5577 card is a contactless read/write Identification IC (IDIC) for applications in the 125kHz or 134kHz frequency band. A single coil connected to the chip serves as the IC’s power supply and bi-directional communication interface. The antenna and chip together form a transponder or tag.
Data is transmitted from the IDIC (uplink) using load modulation. The IC receives and decodes serial base station commands (downlink) which are encoded as 100% amplitude modulated (OOK) pulse-interval-encoded bit streams.
